The process

• You get reservation document and reservation fee paid to lawyers UK bank account.

• We will assist you with filling in of mortgage Documents and then send to the bank for full approval

• Once we have mortgage Offer, Client pays lawyer’s fees 500 + VAT GBP = 590 GBP Client also pays military Check 1000 Euro ( TBC )

• Clients will organise signed POA and Passport in UK and send to lawyer

• Lawyers will organise contracts and send to buyer

• Once military check is complete lawyers will arrange signing of contract by purchaser and Developer and the tying up of the mortgage.

• Buyer completes on Purchase.
