Maybe you will have a shortlist of properties when you arrive and you will have done a lot of research and a clear idea of what you are looking for. One of the benefits of working with us is that we are truly independent which means we can be objective with our advice and prompt the right questions to be asked.
We can put forward alternatives and quickly arrange viewing appointments which means you trip will be very productive, we will even arrange meetings with Banks, Financial Institutions and Legal advisors should you require it.
Our experience tells that 2 or 3 days should be allowed for, but we take any of your time without your consent, there is no obligation what so ever and absolutely no pressure, if you can’t find the right place, then we’ll hope to see you again when you return.
We do not charge for this service, like every other estate agent we receive a fee from the seller and in France these fees are standard rates.
