Against: If the price of Gold falls by 50%, trades will not take place.
Editors Comment: With Gold on the up and multiple trades per month this is about as good as gets!

For: Yeilds currently higher than the guarantee, safe way to double your money in 5 Years..
Against: Yields payed in 5 Year intervals.
Editors Comment: An ethical investment that is probably safer than a cash ISA and with 5 times the return.

Summary: Investment in late life Oil field mineral rights, receive a share of the income from each barrel extracted.

Forecast Yield: Min 9.5% @ $35 per barrel
For: Good returns, based on commodity, Legally Robust. SIPP suitable
Against: Income only investment.
Editors Comment: With Oil prices only likely to go one way the returns could be excellent. Good fun checking the price of Oil every day, monthly income useful.

Summary: Basically a fund, own agricultural land which is farmed and profits shared. Fixed term, fixed exit

For: Legally Robust, Excellent due diligence information, survey data etc. SIPP suitable
Against: Income paid annually.
Editors Comment: A dull and dependable investment

For: Good scheme for making existing equity work harder, potentially high yield, SIPP suitable option or personal use
Against: A long wait for your income, no track record as yet
Editors Comment: A very popular property investment, it has it’s doubters but there is no evidence of any promises being broken.
Berlin Buy to Let
Summary: Lowest price per square metre of any capital city in Europe property with reliable tenants.
Minimum Investment: Apartments available from 30,000 Euro
Forecast Yield: 5-6% Typical
For: Property prices likely to go up, just as safe as a savings account
Against: A liitle bit more complicated than a savings account
Editors Comment: Easy, simple and reliable, 50% finance available on most tenanted apartments adds leverage for those looking for capital growth
